Mr Wim Elzink, the Production Manager Rehabiliation for Wavin which is one of the major international manufacturers of PE pipe and rehabilitation systems, was invited from Netherland to be the speaker and shared his experience in a seminar on "close fit lining techniques, standardization of renovation options and classification of pressure pipe linings".  Mr Elzink has been involved in PE pipe manufacture and development of trenchless lining methods for most of his long career. He is currently leading the European Standards working group on PE rehabilitation as well as corresponding ISO work.

This 2-hour seminar attracted nearly 60 participants in the industry and many raised out questions on close fit lining techniques after the speaker's presentation.
